- 2 medium zucchini
- 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands with warm water and soap.
- Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash and slice the zucchini.
- Lay zucchini in a pie pan and pour tomatoes with juice over the top.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese on zucchini.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool slightly then serve. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
