  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Directions
  • Wash hands with warm water and soap.
  • Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Wash and slice the zucchini.
  • Lay zucchini in a pie pan and pour tomatoes with juice over the top.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese on zucchini.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Cool slightly then serve. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
