Ingredients

  • 2 cups bite sized pieces of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower pieces
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Directions
  • Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  • Combine lettuce, broccoli florets, cauliflower pieces, tomatoes and carrots with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice.
  • Toss gently.
  • Serve cold.
