Ingredients

- 2 cups bite sized pieces of iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower pieces
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Combine lettuce, broccoli florets, cauliflower pieces, tomatoes and carrots with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice.
- Toss gently.
- Serve cold.
