  • 2 cups frozen corn thawed
  • 1 can 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 ½ teaspoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • cup sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Directions
  • Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  • Wash green onion under cold running water.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
