Ingredients
  

  • 3 firm pears
  • 60 ml 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • Salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 bunch mizuna stems trimmed, washed, dried
  • 80 g piece parmesan shaved

Method
 

  1. Step 1
  2. Preheat oven to 220°C. Brush a medium roasting pan with
  3. the oil to lightly grease. Peel and core the pears, then cut
  4. into eighths.
  5. Step 2
  6. Place pears, 1 tablespoon oil, coriander, salt, and pepper
  7. in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into greased pan
  8. and roast in preheated oven, turning occasionally, for 20
  9. minutes or until pears are golden.
  10. Step 3
  11. Meanwhile, place the remaining oil, lemon juice, honey,
  12. salt, and pepper in a small screw-top jar. Shake well to
  13. combine.
  14. Step 4
  15. Serve the pears, mizuna and parmesan drizzled with
  16. dressing.
