  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash your hands with soap and warm water.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  4. Mix chickpeas with salt and any other seasoning. Add olive oil and stir to ensure chickpeas are coated.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
