  • 1 fresh mango
  • ½ small red onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh fruits before preparing”
  • Cut the mango in half around the large pit. Remove pit.
  • Use a knife to cut a criss-cross pattern through the fruit, but not the skin.
  • Press the skin so the cubes pop out. Cut mango cubes off the skin.
  • Chop mango cubes into smaller pieces.
  • Place in a medium bowl and stir in onion, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
  • Serve with baked tortilla chips, baked chicken or fish.
