Steamed Collard Greens

- 1 pound collard greens
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Remove stems and slice greens.
- Place in double boiler or steaming basket. Steam for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with basil and lemon juice before serving.
- Serve immediately.
