  • 2 whole-wheat English muffins cut in half and toasted
  • 1 apple
  • Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh fruits before preparing.
  3. Spread peanut butter on muffin halves.
  4. Cut apple in half, Remove core section and seeds. Cut apple in very thin slices.
  5. Top English muffins with apple slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Eat and enjoy.
