Orange Cucumber Salad

- 1 cucumber
- 2 large oranges
- 1 lemon or lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh fruits and vegetables before preparing.
- Slice the cucumbers. Peel and cut the oranges into small pieces. Juice the lemon or lime.
- Place cucumber slices and orange segments in a medium size bowl. Add chili powder, lemon or lime juice and salt.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
