Corn and Green Chili Salad

- 2 cups frozen corn thawed
- 1 can 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 ½ teaspoons oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Wash green onion under cold running water.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
