- 2 cups fat free milk
- 1 cup drained canned light syrup peaches sliced
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands with warm water and soap.
- Put milk, peaches and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend well.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Serve cold
