  • 1 cup drained canned light syrup peaches sliced
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

  • Wash hands with warm water and soap.
  • Put milk, peaches and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Serve cold
