  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 cups any kind of vegetables fresh, frozen, canned
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes


  • Directions
  • Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  • Boil water. Discard flavor packet from ramen noodles. Break noodles into small pieces and add to boiling water.
  • Add vegetables and cook three minutes. Drain well.
  • Add lemon or lime juice and serve.
