  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 cups any kind of vegetables fresh, frozen, canned
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes

Equipment

  • Stove
  • Boiling Pot
  • Stirring Spoon

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  3. Boil water. Discard flavor packet from ramen noodles. Break noodles into small pieces and add to boiling water.
  4. Add vegetables and cook three minutes. Drain well.
  5. Add lemon or lime juice and serve.
