  • 5 medium tomatoes cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1-2 jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ medium red onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash vegetables with water before preparing.
  3. In a bowl, gently stir together all the ingredients.
  4. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve cold.
