Quick and Easy Veggie Noodles

- 2 cups water
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 cups any kind of vegetables fresh, frozen, canned
- Juice of 1 lemon or 2 limes
Instructions
- Directions
- Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
- Boil water. Discard flavor packet from ramen noodles. Break noodles into small pieces and add to boiling water.
- Add vegetables and cook three minutes. Drain well.
- Add lemon or lime juice and serve.
