Radish and Scallion Yogurt Dip

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (lactose free)
- 1/2 cup Light mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup red radish thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup scallions (green onions)
- 1 tsp thyme, fresh
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Wash whole radishes and scallions, then thinly slice (reserve some scallions for garnish)
In a bowl, mix greek yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
Add cut radishes, scallions, and thyme; Mix thoroughly
Garnish with some scallions and thyme; Keep refrigerated until ready to use
Serve 1/4 cup per serving
Use your favorite plain Greek yogurt
Regular plain yogurt may work, but could be too runny of a dip
