  • 3 medium potatoes sliced
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • ¾ pound browned and drained extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups green beans peas or corn
  • 1 can low-sodium tomato soup

  • Baking Pan or Casserole Dish With Cover
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap. Wash fresh vegetables before preparing.
  3. Grease baking pan or casserole dish.
  4. Layer ingredients in order given. Cover.
  5. Bake at 350˚F for 45 minutes or until tender.
  6. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
