  • 3 cups fresh frozen, or canned unsweetened fruit
  • 1 ⅓ cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • ½ cup fat free milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar optional

  • Drinking Glass

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Wash fresh fruit before preparing.
  3. If using canned fruit, drain and reserve juice for another use.
  4. Put all ingredients in a blender container. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
