
Butternut ‘Cheese’ Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Butternut Squash roasted 2 Cups
- 1 Cup Soy Milk unsweetened 1 Cup
- .25 Cup Nutritional Yeast ¼ Cup
- .5 Cup Plant-Based Butter melted ½ Cup
- .5 tsp Sea Salt ½ teaspoon ½ teaspoon
- 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 teaspoon
- 1 tsp Paprika ½ teaspoon
- 4 Cloves Roasted Garlic 4 – 6 cloves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
- Serve warm over noodles (we love ZENB gluten free pasta).
