  • 2 Tablespoons whipped fat-free strawberry cream cheese
  • cup strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup grapes quartered
  • ¼ cup canned mandarin oranges drained

Method
 

  1. Directions
  2. Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh fruits before preparing.
  3. Toast the English muffin until golden brown. Spread cream cheese on toasted muffin.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries, grapes, and orange slices on top of the cream cheese
  5. Slice into quarters and serve.
