- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Cut acorn squash into 4 pieces (quarters)
- Cut apples into halves and remove seeds (keep skin)
- Place in a baking dish or sheet pan
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, sage, salt, and pepper
- Brush or spoon over squash and apples
- Bake for 45 min to 1 hr, until squash is soft and knife can pierce through easily
