Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C. Brush a medium roasting pan with
the oil to lightly grease. Peel and core the pears, then cut
into eighths.
Step 2
Place pears, 1 tablespoon oil, coriander, salt, and pepper
in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Spoon into greased pan
and roast in preheated oven, turning occasionally, for 20
minutes or until pears are golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place the remaining oil, lemon juice, honey,
salt, and pepper in a small screw-top jar. Shake well to
combine.
Step 4
Serve the pears, mizuna and parmesan drizzled with
dressing.
