Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled diced kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup fresh frozen, or canned blueberries
  • 1 cup peaches fresh or canned in their own juice
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 4 small slices 1 ounce each angel food or sponge cake
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh mint optional

Instructions
 

  • Directions
  • Wash hands with warm water and soap. Wash fresh fruits before preparing.
  • Mix kiwi fruit, blueberries, peaches, strawberries, and sugar.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes to juice up.
  • Place a cake slice on each of 4 plates and divide fruit topping among them.
  • Top with mint.
